IDBI Bank Assistant Manager (Grade A) 2026-27 Recruitment – Apply Online

IDBI Bank Ltd. is hiring 200 Assistant Managers (Grade A) for the 2026-27 batch. Candidates must be Indian citizens, graduate from a recognized university, and have at least two years of experience in a scheduled bank. The age limit is 21 to 30 years. Exam Pattern

Four sections with a total of 200 marks. Time allotted: 120 minutes (Logical Reasoning – 40 mins, English – 20 mins, Quantitative Aptitude – 35 mins, General/Banking/IT – 25 mins). No negative marking. Sectional and aggregate cut‑offs will be decided based on vacancies.

Selection Process

1. Online Test (objective).
2. Document Verification (experience, education, caste/disability certificates).
3. Personal Interview (100 marks, minimum 50% for General, 45% for reserved categories).
4. Pre‑Recruitment Medical Test. Final score = 75% OT + 25% PI.

Job Profile

Assistant Managers (Grade A) will handle branch banking operations, retail asset management, credit appraisal, sales of banking products, and third‑party services. They may be posted at any IDBI Bank office or associate institution across India and can be transferred as per the bank’s requirements.
